Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team, responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. In addition to front-end development, you will be handling backend development with Java. This role is ideal for candidates who have a solid foundation in both Flutter and Java, with proven experience in building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrate with backend systems using Java, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend.
Optimize application performance and improve the quality of existing codebases.
Write clean, modular, and scalable code with an emphasis on maintaining coding standards and best practices.
Manage and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and ensure code compliance.
Stay updated on Flutter, Java, and mobile development trends, and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Desired Skillset
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Flutter and 3 years in Java.
Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android development, including UI design and animations.
Backend Skills: Strong experience with Java for backend services, including RESTful APIs and data handling.
Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Development Tools: Proficient in version control tools (e.g., Git) and build tools.
Testing: Familiarity with unit and integration testing for both frontend and backend.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
