The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT recruitment, with a preference for those who have experience in in-house recruitment over staffing or external search firms.Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for various roles within the organization.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.- Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activities.- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and implement best practices to attract top talent.- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies.- Ensure strict adherence to Talent Acquisition SOP.- Regularly update the ATS with accurate and timely information.- Be flexible to pick up additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational needs, such as weekend recruitment events, firmwide events, ISO certification, etc.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a preference for in-house recruitment experience.- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.- Excellent communication skills and must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using job portals like LinkedIn, Dice etc and must be familiar with Google X-ray search.- Prior experience with JobDiva (preferably) or other industry-leading ATS.- Strong knowledge of various types of work authorization requirements for the US.- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.- Strong organizational and time management skills.Employee Benefits:Group Medical InsuranceCab facilityMeals/snacksContinuous Learning ProgramCompany Profile:Stratacent is a Global IT Consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, with global delivery centres in Pune and Gurugram plus offices in USA, London, Canada and South Africa.We are a leading IT services provider focusing in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences.
