Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate with 1-2 years of experience in

sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inbound

sales and the Shopify ecosystem, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record

of client interaction on a global scale. This role requires a client-facing attitude and the ability to

thrive in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities Area:

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive inbound sales.

● Leverage knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem to provide tailored solutions to clients.

● Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring a high level of customer

satisfaction.

● Handle client interactions with professionalism, addressing inquiries and resolving issues

efficiently.

● Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business

growth.

Qualifications:

● 1-2 years of experience in a sales domain.

● Flexible to work in both day and night shifts.

● Knowledgeable in digital marketing services.

● Familiar with Shopify store development services.

● In-depth knowledge of inbound sales techniques and the Shopify ecosystem.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Proven experience in managing and interacting with clients from various regions globally.

● Ability to work effectively in an office setting.
