Position: Senior Quantitative Trader

Location: India (multiple locations) / Global (open to top financial hubs)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader to join our HFT team. As a Senior Quant Trader, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing algorithmic trading strategies within global financial markets. This role requires strong quantitative skills, knowledge of market structures, and hands-on experience with data analysis and trading models. You'll work closely with quantitative researchers, developers, and risk management teams to optimize strategies and ensure high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-frequency trading strategies in various asset classes.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, market inefficiencies, and trading opportunities.
  • Optimize existing strategies and execute algorithmic trades with low latency.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to enhance trading infrastructure.
  • Monitor real-time trading activities, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative trading, ideally within an HFT environment.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or time-series analysis.
  • Knowledge of market-making, arbitrage, or other HFT strategies.
