Our culture values ownership, clarity, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.Role Overview We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience who is passionate about creating clean, intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly usable.Key Responsibilities Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applicationsCreate wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designsTranslate product requirements into intuitive user experiencesMaintain consistency across design systems and componentsCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementationIterate designs based on feedback, usability, and user needsRequirements Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX designStrong portfolio showcasing UI and UX workProficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)Good understanding of usability, visual hierarchy, and interaction designAbility to think from a user’s perspective and solve real problemsGood communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have Experience working on SaaS or product-based applicationsBasic understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)Familiarity with design systems and responsive designWhat We Offer Competitive salary ( ₹3–4 LPA )Fully remote work cultureOpportunity to work on real-world, impactful productsCollaborative and growth-oriented environmentLearning and career growth opportunities
