Role Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Pune. The role will serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce platforms, ensuring smooth operations, user support, and system enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce environments. This position requires strong technical and business alignment, with the ability to translate user needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, while maintaining data integrity and compliance. Serve as the system administrator for Salesforce instances at Zywave. Handle data management including imports, exports, data cleansing, and deduplication. Support integration between Salesforce and other systems (ERP, Gainsight, marketing platforms, boundary apps). Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and audit requirements. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Partner with global teams to align Salesforce best practices across regions. 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global setup. ~ Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. ~ Experience with automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex basics) and integrations (APIs, middleware). ~ Strong skills in data management, reporting, and dashboards. ~ Experience in SaaS / technology / RevTech domain is an advantage. Work in a hybrid model, balancing flexibility and collaboration. Exposure to global Salesforce best practices and enterprise-scale systems. Drive impact by enabling business growth through smarter Salesforce solutions.
