About the Role We are looking for a highly creative, data-driven, and strategically strong Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate understands trends, creators, content formats, algorithm changes, and storytelling—while also being able to manage end-to-end content calendars, oversee production, and drive measurable growth. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, community building, brand voice, and performance tracking . Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Create platform-wise content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and emerging platforms. Identify relevant creator/influencer trends and integrate them into the brand’s content. 2. Content Creation & Production Build and manage monthly content calendars, including scripts, captions, hashtags, and creative direction. Work closely with designers, editors, and the creative team to produce high-quality content. Ideate and execute trend-led and topical content pieces for brand channels. Coordinate shoots, plan storyboards, and ensure all content maintains brand identity. 3. Community Management Lead engagement across platforms: comments, DMs, creator interactions, and active participation in community trends. Build a strong online community by initiating conversations, AMAs, polls, and interactive formats. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, retention, and content performance. Create weekly/monthly reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations. Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks. 5. Brand Building & Communication Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across platforms. Work on positioning the brand as a thought leader in influencer marketing. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Talent, Ops) to highlight achievements, case studies, and campaigns. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in social media management, ideally in a digital or influencer marketing agency. Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystem, and content trends. Ability to write strong scripts, captions, and creative briefs. Proficient in using scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and social media insights. Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand positioning skills. Basic understanding of design and video editing is a plus.
