This includes integrating the tools into the existing system architecture.What you work:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce System Administrator & Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position involves managing day-to-day Salesforce administration while also leading integration and development projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.As Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for,Serve as the primary Salesforce System Administrator, managing user setup, customization, reports, dashboards, security, and ongoing system maintenance.Manage and implement Salesforce-related projects, including integration with other systems, new feature development, and platform enhancements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.Oversee data integrity, process automation (using flows, workflows, etc.), and continuous improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.Manage Salesforce CPQ and ensure alignment with business processes for quotes and pricing.Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for new features and updates.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and advise the business on how best to leverage new functionality. Mandatory skills:5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.Strong working experience in Sales Cloud, Service, CPQExperience managing Salesforce projects, including integrations and system improvements.Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools (flows, process builder, etc.).Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Desired skills:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ, CRMA) are preferred.Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 5 to 8 years of Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degreeDiversity and Inclusion Statement: Tejas Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
