What you will be doing here: Become your customers' strategic consultant and go-to person for help, deliver insights to help customers optimize the value of the product. Responsible for upsell and cross-sell revenue. Support clients in achieving their required goals. Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates, measured by participation in reference calls, case studies, and blogs. Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to Product teams. Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering Customer Success. Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction. Be the customer success specialist to interact via phone and email. Skills Required: 1-2 year of work experience as a Customer Success Associate working for Saa S, or Cloud companies. Experience writing customer-facing documentation. Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into actionable plans. At ease demonstrating product functionality; ability to provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. Engaging phone & video presence: enthusiastic, passionate, goal achiever and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional. Soft Skills Required: A creative, hard-working and humble disposition. Desire to make a strong impact on the lives of millions through their work. Capacity to communicate well with stakeholders as well as team members. A quick thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and work with minimum supervision. Mandatory Languages : English , Tamil, Hindi.
