Customer Success Analyst

What you will be doing here:
- Become your customers' strategic consultant and go-to person for help, deliver insights to help customers optimize the value of the product.
- Responsible for upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- Support clients in achieving their required goals.
- Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates, measured by participation in reference calls, case studies, and blogs.
- Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to Product teams.
- Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering Customer Success.
- Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction.
- Be the customer success specialist to interact via phone and email.
Skills Required:
- 1-2 year of work experience as a Customer Success Associate working for SaaS, or Cloud companies.
- Experience writing customer-facing documentation.
- Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into actionable plans.
- At ease demonstrating product functionality; ability to provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases.
- Engaging phone & video presence: enthusiastic, passionate, goal achiever and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional.
Soft Skills Required:
- A creative, hard-working and humble disposition.
- Desire to make a strong impact on the lives of millions through their work.
- Capacity to communicate well with stakeholders as well as team members.
- A quick thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and work with minimum supervision.
- Mandatory Languages : English , Tamil, Hindi.
