Key Responsibilities: • Experience in bid management, solutioning, proposal creation and bid defence presentation and other presales activities • Expertise in developing compelling win themes and integrating them into proposal responses. • Anchoring responses to proactive (proposals) as well as reactive (RFP/RFI/RFT/RFQ) bids as SPOC for timely submission • Proactively identify and propose improvements or innovations to product functionalities or processes as per client requirements • Coordinate between sales and technical team to provide the best proposed solution. • End -to- end ownership of the proposal submission for timely submission • Mapping Customer requirements to the product and proposing tailored technical solution. Must Have: • Hands on experience in proposal writing • Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of end-to-end sales life cycle. • Good understanding of IT Landscape from traditional stack (SDLC) to Next Gen Stack (Web, Mobile, cloud, big data, AI, IOT, etc) • Good presentation skills, well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) to prepare proposal, bid defence presentations, case studies and other collaterals. • Strong Analytical skills for requirement and feature mapping • Excellent time management and organizational abilities Basic Qualifications: • MBA with good industry experience from A School • Bachelor’s degree in BTECH computer science or MCA • 4+ years of Presales experience • Preferred Energy and Utility experience
