To manage Facility Management related India procurement the bid-desk process i.e one-time projects issued by the client. To act as a single point of contact for all India Facility Management procurement requirements.
Key Duties
New vendor development and evaluation as per IREP’s and client’s Procurement and HSE procedures.
To review and analyze the client purchase requirements, aligned with the agreed Procurement SOPs.
Work closely with India site facility managers and client management for the initial estimates/budgets, scope of works, and other commercial T&Cs and shortlisting of the vendors to floating the RFP with detailed T&Cs and all other support documents.
Co-ordinating with vendors for site visit, collection of quotes, negotiations, preparation of detailed cost comparative statements and closure of the RFP within the agreed timelines and saving targets.
· Maintaining and updating the India Bid-Desk and Baseline purchase reports on daily basis.
· Maintain trackers and renew the annual rate cards and maintenance contracts in timely manner.
· Review and maintain the India “Contract Management Module” in the ERP System.
· Lead India supplier quarterly performance reviews.
· Promote transparent and ethical practices with vendors.
· Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks.
· Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation.
· To maintain a storage repository to satisfy audit requests and reuse previous project costing materials in order to compare and analyze new requests.
· Procurement domain excel analysis, prepare presentation slide, attending web-calls and need basis excel reporting.
· Assist in the new vendor onboarding in the ERP System.
· Assist in the Online eAuction, supplier co-ordination for compliance and timely response submission.

Personal Specification
· Bachelors or master’s degree in management
· Minimum 7 years’ experience
· Efficient budget monitoring skills
· Having good India vendor contacts
· Ability to develop and nurture effective business relationships
· Strong negotiation skill and effective interpreting skills
· Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, time management skills and presentation skills.
· Motivated mindset towards personal and business growth.
· Ability to work effectively in a home-based environment
· Ability to travel as per business requirement.
