**Job Description: Real Estate Channel Sales Representative**

As a Real Estate Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through various channels within the real estate industry. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to promote and sell real estate properties. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and establish relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, developers, and other relevant industry stakeholders.
- Explore new channels and opportunities for sales growth within the real estate sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's real estate portfolio, including property features, pricing, and availability.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitive developments affecting the real estate sector.
- Educate clients and partners on the benefits and value propositions of the company's real estate offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
