Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru Company: HighApe About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Specialist to be the bridge between our customers, clients, and content at HighApe. You’ll be responsible for: Owning customer satisfaction across multiple channels Handling queries, issues, and escalations with speed and clarity Using data and feedback to improve user experience Coordinating with internal teams (content, sales, ops) to resolve problems Other tasks include: Managing supply side customers (organisers) and online content. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Client, and Content Management . What We’re Looking For Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written) Experience or interest in customer support / customer success Good analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure Great presence of mind and quick thinking Comfortable presenting and explaining things to others Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field is a plus, not mandatory) A true hustler mindset with a cool-as-a-cucumber attitude “Never let go” approach to solving customer issues How to Stand Out (Optional, But Recommended) Serious candidates are encouraged to share a 30–60 second introduction video to: Upload the video to Google Drive Make sure the link is set to “Anyone with the link can view” All videos will be treated as confidential This helps us get to know you faster and can speed up your application review .
