Senior Manager India Talent Acquisition In Rhythm is seeking talented and highly-motivated full life cycle recruiters to help us double the size of the company in the next year and then do it again, and again The Talent Acquisition Team is not alone in this task - In Rhythm has a fully supportive Leadership Team and Hiring Managers along with an efficient and fast hiring process to make rapid growth work. 12+ years of professional-level corporate recruiting experience, managing end to end recruiting processes at complex organisations ~ Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens and in person interviews ~ Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics on a daily basis (calls made, candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, TTF)~ Experience consulting with senior leaders to map out human capital needs, short term and long term ~ Prior experience managing third party relationships ~ Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources ~ Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business ~ This includes pre-screening resumes, phone/video interviews, coordinating and scheduling onsite interviews (when that becomes a thing again), and candidate relationship management throughout the entire process ~ Occasional collaboration with third party recruitment agencies for certain roles if needed Act as a subject matter expert to the In Rhythm Community internally and externally This is a remote position but must be commutable to NYC for periodic meetings, events, and compa gatherings.
