The Company’s suite of products and services also covers private blockchain development, social impact staking (impactstake.com) and one of a kind user interfaces that make staking accessible to all. The opportunity: Launchnodes is looking for a Web3 Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity where you’ll help us promote the products that sit within the Launchnodes ecosystem by increasing brand and product awareness by conducting omnichannel marketing activity. You will be responsible for executing the activities required to bring the product to market and promote it, liaising between Marketing and other different departments within the company, assuring that the products reach the target market. You will also be responsible for the positioning and communication of our products, research, campaign management, bringing new ideas, processing customer feedback, and managing some aspects of customer relations. What you will be doing: Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our products, ensuring alignment with company ob jectives. Produ ct Positioning: Craf t and refine product messaging that resonates with retail and institutional clients, highlighting key differentiators and addressing market needs. Marke t Research: Cond uct thorough market analysis, including competitor research and customer insights, to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Cross -Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive product launches and campaigns. Conte nt Development: Work with the marketing team members to create high-impact marketing collateral, including product sheets, white papers, case studies, and presentations tailored to different customer segments. Custo mer Engagement: Deve lop and manage initiatives to drive customer education and engagement. Metri cs & Reporting: Anal yze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns that you run and, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies. Setti ng strong and achievable goals and KPIs for each product. Drive out the cycle of value proposition, marketing, launch, results, feedback and improvements to deliver on those metrics. Commu nity Building: Deve lop and execute strategies to build and nurture a large, active blockchain community. This includes leveraging social media, forums, events, partnerships, collaborations and other channels to engage with users, developers. Marke ting Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. This includes both online and offline campaigns targeted at various segments of the blockchain and social impact markets. Partn ership Development: Iden tify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, blockchain companies, technology providers, and other relevant entities to expand Launchnodes’ reach and impact. Required qualifications: Degree in Marketing or a related field. Have at least 3 years of experience working on technology-powered products as either a product manager or marketeer. Very strong communication skills, written and spoken, with high emotional intelligence. Metrics-driven to identify the key success indicators for the different products. Organised, detail-oriented, and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Analytical skills to examine internal and external data. Knowledge on how to gather feedback directly from customers. Fluent written and oral English skills. Bonus if you have: Experience working in Web3, fintech-related topics. Personal and professional experience in blockchain and crypto is a plus.
