About The Role
Title: SEO Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The candidate will be responsible to lead SEO & website maintenance related projects for group of brands and work independently. The pace of work in Crestra is fast-moving and well-organized people can thrive. Junior-level candidates with digital certifications & some basic experience may also be considered for the post of junior executive in addition to the above post.
Candidates should be proactive, self-starters and independently plan work, create & interact with clients / internal team members. They would work closely with brand management, creative & digital marketing teams to deliver Integrated Communications that are a hallmark of the way Crestra works.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement targeted SEO strategies aligned with marketing goals.
● Identify high-impact keywords through comprehensive research, conducting technical SEO audits.
● Effectively lead and oversee website maintenance tasks through proactive communication with clients, Creative, copy and the development team.
● Monitor site performance, provide data-backed recommendations, and optimize on-page elements.
● Collaborate with the content team for SEO-centric content and stay updated on industry trends.
● Demonstrate proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
● Conduct website audits, working with developers for fixes, and prepare detailed strategy reports.
● Basic understanding of paid media campaign for lead generation & website conversion goals (Media channels Google search, display & Meta)
Basic Qualifications
● 2-6 years of Marketing Management, SEO specialist or equivalent experience.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
