About The Role

Title: SEO Specialist Lead

We seek an experienced and skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team as an SEO Specialist Lead. The candidate will be responsible for leading SEO & website maintenance related projects for group of brands and working independently. The pace of work in Crestra is fast-moving and well-organized people can thrive. Junior-level candidates with digital certifications & some basic experience may also be considered for the post of junior executive in addition to the above post.

Candidates should be proactive, self-starters, and independently plan work, create, and interact with clients/internal team members. They would work closely with brand management, creative, and digital marketing teams to deliver Integrated Communications that are a hallmark of the way Crestra works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement targeted SEO strategies aligned with marketing goals.

2. Identify high-impact keywords through comprehensive research, conducting technical SEO audits.

3. Effectively lead and oversee website maintenance tasks through proactive communication with clients, Creative, copy, and the development team.

4. Monitor site performance, provide data-backed recommendations, and optimize on-page elements.

5. Collaborate with the content team for SEO-centric content and stay updated on industry trends.

6. Demonstrate proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

7. Conduct website audits, working with developers for fixes, and prepare detailed strategy reports.

8. Basic understanding of paid media campaign for lead generation & website conversion goals (Media channels Google search, display & Meta).

Qualifications:

1. 2-6 years of Marketing Management, SEO specialist or equivalent experience.

2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint).

Estimated Salary: ₹750,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum.
