The role involves designing high-performance backends, implementing complex business logic, and managing system performance in a fast-paced, computation-heavy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services in GoLang .Design, manage, and optimize large relational database schemas (MySQL/Postgres or similar).Implement and manage ORM frameworks (e.g., GORM or equivalent) for efficient DB interactions.Build APIs (REST/GraphQL) for internal and external system integration.Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for data transformation.Build scalable business logic modules for financial workflows and computation-heavy systems.Collaborate with architects and front-end developers on system design and API development .Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance tuning in production.Support deployment and system monitoring in an onsite environment.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of backend development experience (preferably in GoLang).Strong DB design skills , with hands-on experience in SQL optimization and data modeling .Experience in ETL processes and handling large datasets .Strong problem-solving and business logic programming capabilities.Familiarity with system monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning .Bonus Skills:Exposure to ERP systems .Experience with computation-heavy or data-intensive applications .Knowledge of financial/lending systems .What We OfferOnsite role at our Coimbatore office .Opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech systems .A collaborative and innovation-driven team.Competitive salary and career growth.
