We are building next-generation lending and financial systems that demand scalable backends, complex data models, and computation-heavy processing. Our platforms power CRM, loan origination, loan management, credit assessment, and financial analytics for lenders and financial institutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend GoLang Developer with strong expertise in database design, SQL, ORM, ETL, and large data models . The role involves designing high-performance backends, implementing complex business logic, and managing system performance in a fast-paced, computation-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services in GoLang .
  • Design, manage, and optimize large relational database schemas (MySQL/Postgres or similar).
  • Implement and manage ORM frameworks (e.g., GORM or equivalent) for efficient DB interactions.
  • Build APIs (REST/GraphQL) for internal and external system integration.
  • Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for data transformation.
  • Build scalable business logic modules for financial workflows and computation-heavy systems.
  • Collaborate with architects and front-end developers on system design and API development .
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance tuning in production.
  • Support deployment and system monitoring in an onsite environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of backend development experience (preferably in GoLang).
  • Strong DB design skills , with hands-on experience in SQL optimization and data modeling .
  • Experience in ETL processes and handling large datasets .
  • Strong problem-solving and business logic programming capabilities.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning .
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Exposure to ERP systems .
  • Experience with computation-heavy or data-intensive applications .
  • Knowledge of financial/lending systems .
