We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to become a valuable addition to our team. In this role, as a Senior Data Analyst, you will hold a pivotal position in converting data into actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making. Capitalizing on your robust analytical abilities, substantial expertise in data visualization tools Power BI, along with three years of pertinent experience, your responsibilities will encompass extracting, scrutinizing, and presenting data to address intricate business issues. This position will require you to collaborate with diverse teams to deliver valuable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making procedures. As part of the job, you will be required to Leverage your advanced data analysis skills to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, helping stakeholders make informed decisions. Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis products, with a primary focus on Power BI. Develop comprehensive documentation, blogs, and video tutorials that educate both internal teams and external customers on the effective use of data analysis tools and methodologies. Mentor and train Level 1 (L1) data analysts to enhance their troubleshooting skills and ability to independently solve issues. Collaborate directly with customers to understand their data analysis requirements, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries. Requirements: Must have technical skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science). Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analysis role. Proficiency in data analysis products, with a primary focus on Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly Rated Expertise in Advanced SQL (Analytical / Aggregate Functions). Proficiency in Azure Data Factory Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and directly with customers. Expert level skills in Advanced Excel in having the ability to understand Lookup/Pivot and translate the same in a BI Tool. Good to Have Demonstrated Experience in using ETL Tools (Azure Data Factory)/Data Warehousing and Data Modelling (Star Schemas / Snowflake Schemas). Exposure to additional BI processes like Power Automate, and Power Apps.
