Job Title : IT Project Coordinator
Work Type : Work from Office
Work Timing : 10:00 to 6:00 (Flexible Working Hours)
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Location : F-4 Okhla Phase -1 New Delhi – 110020.
Earning possibility : 6 to 8 LPA (Considering your interview and Experience)
Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, with a preference for candidates experienced in web development .
Skill Required - IT Project Management, Web Development, IT Support, Computer Networking, Software Troubleshooting, Network Management, Customer Service, Leadership Experience, Problem Resolution, Vendor Management, Database Management
Educational Background :
MSc. in Computer Science or MCA.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordination: Remain in touch with all the stakeholders, like business unit heads, managers, technology partners, clients etc. ensuring a synergy.
· Project management: Coordinating project phases and schedules, setting realistic timeframes, and breaking projects into actionable tasks. Liaison with technology partners.
· Communication: Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and communicating with team members and stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
· Organization: Organizing the project schedule and budget and creating and maintaining project documentation.
· Monitoring: Monitoring the system and network performance of different products & technologies.
· Training: Supporting and training non-IT personnel on the critical aspects of technology products.
· Risk analysis: Analysing risks and opportunities and reporting them to the management.
· Problem solving: Working through and resolving issues that arise during the implementation of tools, technologies & platforms.
· Research: Research the market for new technology requirements and attain the same.
