We develop vehicle-based games in the simulation, driving, and racing genres. Our games have made us proud by consistently staying in the Top 30 games in the Racing category in the USA and beating (momentarily) Nintendo Mario Kart in Japan We are a fun-loving, open-minded company and encourage our team to have a voice. We have a strong user base of millions and are now looking for a ‘Backend Programmer' to help us reach the next level.QUALIFICATIONS- BCA, B. Tech (CSE/IT), MCA or equivalentRESPONSIBILITIES-· Design and develop large-scale distributed services.· Work on server-side services and connect millions of users in a competitive environment.· Design and implement new user-facing features.· Take ownership of one or more components of the platform and drive innovation.· Participate in the requirements analysis, design, development, and testing of applications.· Design, Create, Implement, Debug, and Refine gameplay features to optimize scalability and performance.· Work in collaboration with other developers to deliver results.· Work closely with product management and design teams to define and refine feature specifications.· Manage individual projects' priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.REQUIREMENTS-· 2-4 years of experience with solid foundation in writing backend code.· Shipped 2-3 products with backend capabilities.· Good knowledge of C#.· Knowledge of multi-threaded programming with C#.· Understanding of concurrency, synchronization, and memory usage.· Proficient in working on any/no framework as per requirement.· Good knowledge of one or more RDMS and NoSQL databases.· Good understanding of the nuances of distributed systems, scalability, and availability.· Good verbal communication skills.· Knowledge of version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket.PLUSES-· Knowledge of socket programming.· Experience with IaaS clouds like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.· Understanding of In-memory data store like Redis.
