Texas Breweries and Beverages is a wholly owned subsidiary of a USA company that has established a State-of-the -Art manufacturing facility at Kashipur, Uttarakhand for producing Low Calorie and Low Carb Hard Seltzer Beer with fruit flavors and Premium Artesian Water. Qualified Candidates Will Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science required and at least 2 years experience in a laboratory in a manufacturing facility of food/carbonated beverage/alcohol production.
- Strong analytical skills. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of good laboratory practices, including keeping a clean and safe laboratory as well as sample prep, handling, and record keeping.
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word.
- Statistical process control skills and use of statistical analysis software preferred.
As a , Your Responsibilities Will Be
- New product development and performing routine analysis
- Evaluating finished goods quality and audit processes throughout production to ensure all specs are met and plant is operating within desired parameters.
- Operating and maintaining lab equipment/instrumentation, not limited to Alcolyzer, DMA, pH meters, GC, HPLC, spectrophotometer, etc.
- Calibrating equipment and maintaining control charts to ensure equipment is performing.
- Learning and understanding processes throughout the facility to better assist with troubleshooting,
- Participating in Food Safety Program to ensure product integrity and food safety.
- Proficient in Good Lab Practices and keeping a clean and safe laboratory.
