Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Bhubaneshwar. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting based activities. Additionally, they will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

CTC : 1.5 Lakhs to 4.0 Lakhs ( Per Annum)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Primary job role is to Recruit and manage a high performing team for TFarm's group of companies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes and facilitate professional development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1+ Years of Recruiting & HR management Experience
  • Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring Skills.
  • Experience in Agro, Agro Processing and Agri Export industry is preferable.
  • Ability to form and perform in a high performing environment
  • Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
  • Employee Relations and Policy Implementation experience
  • HR Strategy Development and Implementation skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
