Job Title: Travel Consultant


About the Role:

At ChatDMC, we are revolutionizing the B2B travel industry by connecting travel agents with top-tier Destination Management Companies (DMCs) worldwide. As a Travel Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service for our travel agent partners. Success in this role means providing insightful guidance, delivering quick solutions, and contributing to the growth of our agent and DMC network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with travel agents to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using the ChatDMC platform.

• Guide agents on utilizing the platform’s features, including comparing quotes, managing documents, and booking with top DMCs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and DMCs to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

• Provide real-time assistance via chat and other communication tools, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently.

• Stay updated on industry trends to offer relevant insights and help agents optimize their travel packages.

• Assist in the onboarding of new agents and DMCs, ensuring a smooth transition and setup process.


Qualifications:

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry or customer service role.

• Familiarity with B2B travel operations is a plus.
