Job Title: Travel B2 B Sales Consultant Location: Hybrid (Remote & Office as Needed) About the Role: At Chat DMC, we empower travel agents by connecting them with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) worldwide. As a Travel B2 B Sales Consultant, you will drive the growth of our platform by fostering relationships with travel agents and DMCs, showcasing the value of Chat DMC, and exceeding sales goals. Success in this role means building strong partnerships, driving adoption of our platform, and contributing to the overall growth of Chat DMC in the competitive B2 B travel landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard travel agents and DMCs to the Chat DMC platform, highlighting its unique benefits and features. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor for their business needs. • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase platform capabilities. • Negotiate agreements with DMCs to ensure competitive offerings for travel agents. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and engagement. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Qualifications: • Skills: • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technologies. • Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Travel, Tourism, or a related field (preferred). • 2-3 years of experience in B2 B sales, preferably in the travel industry. • Knowledge of the DMC and travel agency ecosystem is a strong advantage.
