Batch job creation and monitoring
Workflow configuration and troubleshooting
Data corrections and patch deployments
Printer and scanner integration
Integration support with custom/third-party apps
Hypercare support (post go-live issue resolution)
Backlog management for live sites
Collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders
Training and testing support
Documentation and standards compliance

5 + years in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, or D365 F&O
· D365 Technical Support experience
· Understanding of printers, handheld scanners and F&O as a cloud hosted application
