You Are: You are a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience, adept at managing large-scale IT infrastructure and operations. Your expertise spans across compute, storage, networks, data centers, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments. You possess a proven ability to translate business requirements into strategic programs and initiatives, and you excel in building and managing large, high-functioning teams. Your strong collaboration and communication skills enable you to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders, creating synergies and adopting best practices. You thrive in a leadership role, driving outcome-based delivery and making a significant impact through your leadership skills and "Yes If" mindset. What You’ll Be Doing: End-to-end ownership and operational excellence of 24*7 global IT support operations, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, quality and compliance, stakeholder communication, customer satisfaction, and risk/issue identification and mitigation. Driving strategic initiatives related to continuous improvements, including automation initiatives to reduce incident volumes, improve customer experience, enhance employee productivity, add value, optimize costs, and implement best industry standards. Planning and implementing self-service portals and chatbots to enhance customer experience and enable IT as a strategic partner for business units. Leading weekly reporting, QBR, Co E reviews, project reviews, and major outage reviews. Managing people through hiring, mentoring, upskilling, training/certification, succession planning, and improving employee engagement. Ensuring strong governance and compliance in alignment with organizational guidelines. The Impact You Will Have: Ensuring the smooth operation of global IT support, leading to high customer satisfaction and zero surprise escalations. Implementing automation and self-service solutions to significantly reduce incident volumes and enhance customer experience. Driving continuous improvements that lead to cost optimization and increased value for the organization. Enhancing IT's role as a strategic partner for business units through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives. Fostering a high-performing, engaged, and compliant IT team through effective people management practices. Providing critical insights and reports that inform strategic decisions and drive organizational success. What You’ll Need: Extensive knowledge and experience with all aspects of compute, storage, networks, data centers, and managing HPC environments. Experience in handling large-scale 24*7 IT infrastructure delivery programs for global clients. Proven capability to translate business requirements into strategic programs and initiatives. Proficiency in building and managing large, high-functioning teams. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with global teams and stakeholders, adopt best practices, and create synergies.
