Job Title: HR Executive / IT Recruiter Location: Nariman Point (Churchgate) | Mahape, Navi Mumbai Department: Human Resources No. of open position - 2 If interested, Kindly send application on / Summary: IT Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. This role requires expertise in identifying and attracting qualified IT professionals to meet the company’s staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. •Source candidates using job boards, social media, Linked In, and other platforms. •Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews. •Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide timely feedback. •Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding. •Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment updates. •Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports. •Pre-onboarding, documentation and offer role out. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field. •2-3 years of experience in recruitment. •Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills: •Experience recruiting for IT positions such as developers, network engineers etc. •Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques.
