Velankani is a company that has over 25 years experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, electronics and steel fabrication. We are looking for sales engineers to join our electronics teams. We are seeking an experienced sales Manager with strong background and experience in automation solutions and sales of PLC, Motion controllers, Industrial Robots and related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales Target, developing customer relations and ensuring business growth. This role will require technical expertise, planning, experience in Market research and competitor analysis. Promotion and sales of Industrial Robots, PLC, Motion Controllers, IO Cards to prospect customer Achieve sales targets by identifying key target areas Work closely with engineering team to ensure technical feasibility Ensure proper documentation and Planning of deliverables Ensure timely follow ups and convert leads into sales Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business ~3+ years' of sales experience ~ In depth knowledge of working of PLC and Motion controls Ability to travel frequently for client meetings Strong network in Automotive, Electronics and Manufacturing industries Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Automation and controls
