We champion transparency, single-sourcing, and wellness for families.About the Role :The Senior Associate – Operations Excellence will play a key role in strengthening and scaling Doodhvale Farms’ operational processes across cities. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or last-mile delivery and is data-driven, detail-oriented, passionate about solving on-ground operational challenges . The individual will work closely with leadership, ground teams, delivery partners, warehouse teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance, efficiency, and service excellence.Key Responsibilities :Operational Performance & Process ExcellenceMonitor and improve daily operations across delivery, warehouse, and supply chain workflows.Identify process gaps and drive SOP implementation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Lead problem-solving initiatives for recurring operational issues using data-driven insights.Data Analytics & ReportingUse data (Excel, Sheets, SQL basics) to track KPIs such as order fulfilment, OTIF, delays, delivery productivity, rider performance, cost KPIs, etc.Build dashboards/reports for leadership to support decision-making.Conduct root-cause analysis on operational defects and propose corrective actions.Performance ManagementWork with city and area teams to drive compliance, productivity, and SLA adherence.Analyse trends to improve metrics such as O2 A, OPH, rider onboarding, fleet performance, and cost per order.Support performance governance by reviewing weekly/monthly metrics.Vendor & Rider ManagementCoordinate with the teams for recruitment, and vendor partners to ensure manpower availability.Track vendor performance, quality, and compliance to operational standards.Cross-functional CollaborationWork with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Tech, Product, and Customer Experience to enable seamless operations.Participate in new project rollouts, process automation initiatives, and city-level expansion activities.Cost & Productivity OptimizationAssist in designing cost-control initiatives across last-mile operations.Drive improvements in route planning, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.Skills & Competencies :Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel , Google Sheets , basic SQL , and ability to interpret data dashboards.Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.Knowledge of operations, supply chain, logistics, or last-mile delivery (experience with D2 C, e-commerce, quick-commerce is a plus).Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work with large ground teams and ensure performance through governance.High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive initiatives independently.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.4–7 years of experience in operations excellence, supply chain, last-mile operations, or similar roles.Why Join Doodhvale Farms?Opportunity to work closely with leadership and drive ground-level impact.Fast-paced, high-growth environment with end-to-end ownership.Chance to build scalable processes across a rapidly expanding operations ecosystem.Application Form : N68y Sd7ymo RZmdi7
