With experienced faculty, modern infrastructure, and a focus on values, leadership, and 21st-century skills, we prepare students to thrive in higher education and beyond.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Admission Counsellor focused on managing and converting admission leads. The role is remote (Delhi NCR–based) with occasional travel for school promotion activities, events, and parent meetings. Responsibilities include high-volume calling, lead nurturing, explaining school offerings, scheduling campus visits, coordinating with the admissions team, and maintaining accurate records on CRM/Google Sheets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (any discipline); B.Ed. is a plus but not mandatory2-4 years of experience in admissions counselling / Ed-tech / telesales (school admissions preferred)Excellent communication and persuasion skills; fluent in English & HindiComfortable with high-volume outbound/inbound calling and structured follow-upsProficiency in Google Sheets / Excel / CRM and WhatsApp/email communicationStrong organisation, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approachWillingness to travel occasionally within Delhi NCR for events and meetings (transportation will be provided)Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
