The University employs close to three thousand people. The campus has accommodation for employees and hostels for students and offers excellent support facilities such as shopping complex, medical facilities, sports, entertainment, and transportation. The campus is located less than 5 km from the Delhi border of Daurala and offers convenient access to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.

Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
1. Master’s degree holder having professional additional qualifications will be an added advantage.
2. At least 12-18 years of experience with 5-6 years of relevant experience., a people’s person & leader.
3. He/she must be extremely organized, and detail oriented as well.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member, fostering teamwork.
5. Possess a professional demeanor and a friendly/congenial personality with organizational astuteness.
6. Excellent Organizational, Planning, Analytical skills, and time-management skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
This role is responsible to attract students to the University by proper planning strategies; promoting the University Nationally and Internationally for student admission; directing the staff working under Admissions Office to handle parents and students smoothly and hassle free.
- To Plan and implement various strategies to attract quality students and enhance the number of admissions years on year. ·
- To work in tandem with Vice Chancellor, Registrar and Deans to set criteria and standards for admission. ·
- To organize tours around campus to potential students and their parents to showcase the infrastructure facilities and the expertise of faculty. ·
- To guide Marketing Office to organize exhibition and open house for school students and their parents at Campus and other places. ·
- To plan and execute student admissions from various parts of the country and from abroad.
- To organize visit to school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide potential students with information about the academic program.
- To assist Marketing to create tools like brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, hoardings, etc. ·
- To finalize materials for newspaper advertisement, education fairs, digital media.
- To supervise the staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to bring out their best.
- Ensure adequate hospitality extended to the parents and students at the time of admission.
- To arrange standard question papers for entrance examination, schedule the online Entrance Examination dates and over-see the smooth conduct of the examination.
- To coordinate the evaluation of Entrance Examinations and to prepare Merit List of candidates and Entrance Examination Marks.
- · To schedule the counselling of students and parents and complete the admission process smoothly. ·
- Finalize scholarship for deserving and quality students.
