We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketer & Telemarketer (Fresher) to join our team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to develop hands-on experience in the digital marketing landscape and telemarketing processes.
✅ Help in basic SEO tasks especially Off-page SEO, such as Link building, Guest Posting, broken link building and well-versed in other Off-page SEO techniques.
✅ Identify potential leads and new business opportunities by cold calling and qualifying prospects.
✅ Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing our company services/products and gathering information for follow-up.
✅ Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system to track interactions and follow-up schedules.
✅ Support the sales team in lead nurturing, scheduling meetings, and preparing quotes or proposals.
✅ Understand and stay updated on company products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions during calls.
✅ Collaborate with the content team to write and design digital content for blogs, ads, and websites to drive traffic and engagement.
✅ Track and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and email analytics.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (or currently pursuing).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and customer service.
- Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Telemarketing: Ready to do telemarketing or customer service is essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive & Enthusiastic: A self-starter with a passion for learning and growing in digital marketing and telemarketing fields.
- Learning & Development: Hands-on training in digital marketing, telemarketing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Growth Opportunities: Potential for career advancement within the marketing or sales department.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a supportive, dynamic team environment.
- Flexible Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (With 1 Hour Break).
