Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in basic SEO tasks, including off-page SEO techniques such as link building and guest posting. Additionally, they will identify potential leads and new business opportunities through cold calling and qualifying prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic SEO tasks, including off-page SEO techniques.
- Identify potential leads and new business opportunities through cold calling and qualifying prospects.
- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system to track interactions and follow-up schedules.
- Support the sales team in lead nurturing, scheduling meetings, and preparing quotes or proposals.
- Understand and stay updated on company products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions during calls.
- Collaborate with the content team to write and design digital content for blogs, ads, and websites to drive traffic and engagement.
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and email analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (or currently pursuing).
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Telemarketing skills, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Tech-savvy, with comfort using digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a passion for learning and growing in digital marketing and telemarketing fields.
