HR ManagerLocation: Vadodara, India | Full-Time | On-siteAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations for our Vadodara office. The ideal candidate will have strong local HR experience, with in-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, and talent management. This role requires a people-first leader who can balance operational efficiency with a positive and engaging workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance.- Ensure adherence to local statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and labor law regulations.- Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and coordinate timely hiring with the recruitment team.- Lead and implement employee engagement programs, retention strategies, and performance management processes.- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness, empathy, and confidentiality.- Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure compliance and process improvement.- Support training and development initiatives to strengthen employee skills and career growth.- Drive organizational culture initiatives aligned with company values and business goals.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience with a strong background in local Indian HR operations.- Proven experience managing HR in on-site or domestic companies (non-offshore).- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
