Skínfinitii is widely appreciated for its professionalism, clinical expertise, transparent communication, and consistent outcomes across medical and cosmetic dermatology service This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager at Skinfiniti Aesthetic skin and laser clinic located in Khar, Mumbai. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, manage clinic staff, develop and implement operational policies, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining budgets, coordinating with healthcare providers, organizing staff training sessions, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and patients to deliver efficient service and care. Clinic Operations & Administration Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and waiting time management Maintain inventory of consumables, injectables, lasers, dermatoscopes, and skincare products Manage billing, invoicing, and cash handling with accuracy and transparency Patient Experience & Service Quality Welcome patients, address concerns, and ensure a seamless experience Maintain high standards of hygiene, privacy, and comfort Supervise front-desk executives, therapists, nurses, and support staff Ensure compliance with biomedical waste management rules and regulatory guidelines Coordinate social media content, before–after pictures, and patient success stories Track monthly targets, revenue performance, and service growth metrics Resolve patient complaints professionally and promptly Ensure continuity of operations during emergencies or high patient loads Strong leadership and team management Knowledge of dermatology/aesthetic clinic procedures (preferable)
