You'll bring clean, professional visual storytelling to talking head content.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and animate graphics for fixed number of videos per month (Instagram & YouTube)Create elegant typography, lower thirds, and visual elements that enhance retention (70%+ at 30 seconds)Find visual storytelling opportunities in talking head footageDesign graphics and animations that clarify complex health informationMaintain brand consistency across all visual elementsDesign RequirementsStrong typography and visual hierarchy skillsProficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro/DaVinci ResolveClean, minimal aesthetic - no "YouTube clickbait" styleMotion graphics and animation expertiseUnderstanding of brand consistency and visual identityExperience with AI editing tools (Opus, Descript, RunwayML, etc.)English fluencyYou're Perfect If YouCan make static talking head content visually compellingUnderstand that elegant design beats flashy effectsHave experience with educational/health contentKnow when to add graphics vs. when restraint is betterCan create professional-looking content that still performs on social mediaDon't Apply IfYour portfolio shows overly stylized or aggressive design choicesYou think more effects = better videoYou can't handle feedback on design decisionsYour work looks like generic YouTube thumbnailsPortfolio Must Include:Clean, professional motion graphics examplesTypography-focused workBefore/after examples of your design improvementsEducational or talking head content (preferred)CompensationBase: ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month (scales with proven results)Fully remote positionTo ApplyVisit: Email with:Portfolio showing clean, professional design workAnalysis of TNV Method's current visual style (what would you improve?)Examples of educational content you've designedAbout TNV MethodWe help women recognize hidden health conditions through clear, professional content.
