The large National and Global network of Amity Universities and Institutions provides immense opportunities for joint research and mobility.Amity University Noida invites applications for the post of Executive Assistant at Amity Food and Agriculture Foundation (AFAF)Key Responsibilities- Documentation & Record Keeping: Monitor and maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to office operations and administrative work.- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day office requirements and administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations.- Preparing meeting minutes and strong follow up on action items from meetings.- Event Coordination: Contribute to plan and organize institutional events, workshops, and training programs.- Executive Assistance: Management of daily tasks and priorities assigned by the Director, ensuring timely and effective execution.- Data Analysis: Efficient in computer skills, Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point.Required Qualification & Skill Sets:- Graduation/ Post Graduation, preferably in Science & Technology- Minimum 3 Years of work experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power-point & Excel)- Proficient in Email Management- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills
