You will be responsible for connecting with potential learners, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the right upskilling programs offered by upGrad.Key Responsibilities:Reach out to leads via calls/emails and explain upGrad's learning programsCounsel students to identify their needs and recommend suitable programsConvert leads into enrollments by building trust and showcasing course valueMaintain daily records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRMMeet and exceed assigned admission targets (daily/weekly/monthly)Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-enrollment supportQualifications:Bachelor's degree (any stream)0–2 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or inside salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong convincing and problem-solving abilitiesHigh levels of initiative, ownership, and goal orientationFamiliarity with CRM tools is a plusPerks & Benefits:salary up to ₹6.30 LPALucrative performance-based incentivesAccess to upGrad's professional learning programsYoung, collaborative, and growth-oriented work cultureCareer progression opportunities in sales and managementWork Location: On-site – upGrad Bengaluru OfficeWorking Days: 6 days a week (1 Rotational week off)
