Key Responsibilities:


• Conceptualization & Design: Create visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital platforms, social media, advertising, and more. Collaborate with the creative team to bring conceptual ideas to life.

• Animation: Develop 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, explainer videos, and other motion graphic assets, ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail.

• Storytelling & Visual Design: Translate scripts, briefs, and creative concepts into dynamic animations that effectively convey the intended message and resonate with the target audience.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure motion graphics and animations align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.

• Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, sound designers, and other team members to integrate motion graphics into larger multimedia projects.

• Iterative Development : Revise and refine motion designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final deliverables meet creative and technical standards.

• Tool Mastery: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and leverage software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other animation tools to deliver top-notch motion design.


Key Qualifications:


• Experience: 2+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field (portfolio required).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in motion design software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D. Knowledge of additional tools such as Houdini or Blender is a plus.

• Creativity & Innovation: Strong visual storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail, design composition, and motion principles. Able to generate fresh ideas and solutions for projects.

• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to take direction and provide feedback to team members.

• Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects, work within tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptability: A proactive attitude toward solving creative challenges and adapting to new technologies, trends, and client needs
