Zocket.ai — where ideas become impact through intelligence Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to lead Zocket’s global finance operations. This role goes beyond managing numbers — it’s about architecting financial systems, shaping growth strategy, and driving profitability as we scale across multiple markets. As the Head of Finance, you’ll partner directly with the leadership team to steer financial strategy, fundraising, compliance, and long-term business planning. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Define and execute financial strategies aligned with Zocket’s long-term business vision. Partner with the executive team to drive growth through data-driven insights and financial modeling. Lead corporate planning, forecasting, and performance tracking against key growth metrics. Oversee fundraising activities, investor relations, and capital allocation strategy. Financial Operations & Governance Establish a scalable finance organization with strong systems for accounting, controls, and reporting. Drive the implementation of modern ERP and SaaS accounting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. Ensure adherence to global compliance standards including IFRS, SOC 2, and GDPR . Manage statutory audits, board-level financial presentations, and investor reporting with transparency. Cash Flow & Capital Management Own the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management for global entities. Optimize capital allocation to support product innovation and market expansion. Build robust financial models to assess investments, profitability, and risk management. Tax Strategy & Compliance Oversee multi-country taxation including cross-border SaaS frameworks and
