**Chief Financial Officer - ISP (Internet Service Provider)**

Job description

The CFO is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company including direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, audits, investor relationships, and partner compliance by performing the following duties.

**Highlights**
- Primary Responsibility for Managing the group companies overall Finances.
- Financial Planning & Fund Management.
- Business Valuations & Acquisitions
- Financial Risks, Record-Keeping, and Financial Reporting and Forecasting.
- Annually create a capital plan that aligns with the overall business plan.
- Execute Companies Financial Strategy and Development plans.
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedure.
- Handle all tax related responsibility of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
Financial Planning: Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to mid & long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.

Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of organization.

Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and weekly cash flow by division.

Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth.

Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability. Oversee cash, investments and asset management area.

Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners and Error free financial system.
Error free accounting, costing, financial modelling, and administration.
Resource efficiency: Drive efforts to optimize expenses, support enterprise resource planning initiatives, support vendor negotiations, etc.
Control: Drive all financial audits/due diligence efforts and strengthen internal financial control systems.
Accounting: Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases, and financial software.

Work closely with Human Resources to ensure appropriate legal compliance.

Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation.
Serve as a key point of contact for auditors;
Represent company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors, and officials.
Taxation and Regulatory Compliance: Lead all tax filing and financial reporting activities in compliance with the law.

Manage risk through effective risk mitigation plans.

**Desired Profile**
- Qualified CA or MBA in Finance with At Least 10 yrs. of working in a senior Finance Position in a large company.
- Excellent soft skills are mandatory, the person will be required to work closely with senior leadership hence need excellent presentation / communication skills.

Will report to the Managing Director.

**Salary**: From ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field Service: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
