We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Outreach Specialist with a hunter mentality to drive new business development and play a critical role in scaling our enterprise sales in data, digital, and AI solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential enterprise clients through cold calling, social media outreach, email campaigns, and networking events.
Prospecting and Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers across target industries.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with enterprise prospects, understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities for Intellectyx’s solutions.
Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent activity to meet and exceed outreach and conversion targets.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to transition qualified leads and support the end-to-end sales process.
Industry Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry challenges, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
CRM Management: Accurately record and update lead interactions, outreach activities, and progress in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed outreach and lead generation KPIs, contributing to overall revenue growth.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a B2 B environment focused on data, digital, or AI services.
Hunter Mentality: A driven individual who thrives on identifying and pursuing new opportunities with persistence and creativity.
Cold Calling Expertise: Demonstrated success in engaging and converting leads through high-volume cold calling.
Social Selling Skills: Proficiency in using platforms like Linked In to generate and nurture leads through social outreach.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage enterprise clients effectively.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with data, digital transformation, and AI concepts to confidently communicate the value of Intellectyx’s solutions.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot to manage outreach and sales activities.
Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
