Learn more at the RoleWe are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and manage enterprise-grade data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory (ADF) . This is a customer-facing role , where you’ll partner directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, while leading and building small teams and mentoring other engineers.The ideal candidate is hands-on with Fabric/ADF, strong in SQL and Stored Procedures , and experienced in delivering end-to-end projects using Medallion Architecture .Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize metadata-driven data pipelines in Fabric and ADF for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.Implement transformations using SQL and Stored Procedures to ensure performance and maintainability.Architect solutions using Medallion Architecture , ensuring scalability, governance, and reusability.Lead small teams, mentor data engineers , and set technical direction on projects.Work directly with customers to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and provide best-practice guidance.Integrate data from Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and other SaaS/on-prem systems into Fabric, Data Lakes, or Warehouses.Deliver production-grade solutions with monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.Document and share best practices, reusable frameworks, and provide knowledge
