Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile professional to serve as a Delivery Champion in our analytics practice. This role is designed for a senior resource who will set up new accounts and projects, establish delivery frameworks, and ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations. The role also carries P&L governance responsibilities including utilization management, revenue forecasting, and margin simulations.---Key Responsibilities:Delivery Setup & Transition (50%)· Lead the initial setup of analytics engagements across verticals.· Define delivery models, governance structures, and execution plans tailored to client needs.· Build and onboard cross-functional teams, establish delivery KPIs, and ensure operational readiness.· Act as the primary delivery lead during the incubation phase, transitioning projects to steady-state teams post-stabilization.· Drive client engagement and ensure alignment with business objectives during early phases.P&L and Revenue Management (50%)· Own the financial performance of new and existing accounts/projects· Develop and manage revenue forecasts, cost models, and margin targets.· Collaborate with finance, sales, and delivery teams to ensure commercial success.· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect profitability.· Support account growth strategies through financial insights ---Functional Expertise in Analytics:· Data Management: Expertise in data architecture, data governance, ETL, and data quality frameworks.· Descriptive & Diagnostic Analysis: Strong foundation in BI, reporting, and root cause analysis.· Predictive Analytics: Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and forecasting techniques.· Customer Experience (CX) Analytics: Ability to design and deliver solutions that enhance customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.· Operational Analytics: Proven success in optimizing business processes, supply chain, and workforce efficiency through data-driven insights.---Required Skills & Qualifications:· 18+ years of experience in analytics delivery and financial management.· Proven success in setting up and scaling delivery operations across multiple clients and verticals.· Strong understanding of analytics platforms, tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Python, R), and exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).· Deep expertise in P/ &L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting.· Excellent client-facing skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.---Preferred Qualifications:· Experience in consulting or IT services industry.· Exposure to global delivery models and multi-region operations.
