Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Lead UX/UI Developer with strong expertise in User Experience Design, Interface Design, and Front-End Development . This role requires a unique blend of: UX strategy Hands-on UI development Leadership in design systems Team management Modern eCommerce experience (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, PWA) You will lead both the design and front-end engineering efforts for enterprise-grade digital commerce solutions, collaborating with product managers, architects, and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of UI/UX and front-end experience , strong leadership abilities, and deep expertise in modern web technologies and design methodologies. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI/UX designers and front-end developers. Collaborate with product managers, technical architects, and backend teams to align design and business goals. Conduct design and code reviews ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to UX/UI standards. Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and translate them into actionable design strategies. Drive design vision, workflows, and best practices across all projects. Manage project estimations, sprint planning, and task breakdowns for the UI/UX team. Design & Development Create user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, storyboards, prototypes, and interactive UX concepts. Design visually stunning, responsive, and intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, and commerce applications. Build and maintain scalable, reusable design systems and component libraries. Convert Figma/PSD/XD designs into optimized, high-performance front-end outputs. Develop reusable UI components using React, PWA Studio, Tailwind CSS, or other modern frameworks. Ensure performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness. Lead branding, visual guidelines, and design system enhancements for enterprise solutions. Innovation & Best Practices Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, AI-powered design tools, and modern front-end technologies. Promote UX research, usability testing, and data-driven decision making. Continuously enhance design-to-development workflows to improve delivery efficiency. Encourage innovation within the team, including exploring new frameworks, patterns, and design tools. Technical Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related fields. 15+ years of UI/UX & Front-End experience in B2B/B2C eCommerce. 10+ years of front-end development experience (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). 7+ years of Magento (Core/Adobe Commerce) front-end experience . Strong experience with React.Js, PWA Studio, Shopify, BigCommerce, and modern JS frameworks. Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and AI-based UX tools. Strong understanding of UX research, wireframing, usability heuristics, and interaction design. Deep knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility guidelines, and responsive frameworks. Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, DevOps workflows, and agile methodologies. Proven experience in converting PSD/Figma/XD to scalable, responsive UI. Experience with SQL, Web APIs, and front-end performance tuning is a strong advantage. Certification in UI/UX or frontend frameworks is a plus.
