Your Key Responsibilities:Drive business growth by developing and optimizing sales operationsManage day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier sales performance and cost efficiencyDesign and implement sales strategies to maximize revenueBuild and lead a high-performing sales team—hire, mentor, and guide employeesEnsure smooth business processes, compliance, and ethical standardsSolve operational, administrative, and strategic challenges in collaboration with HQCreate a seamless, high-efficiency workflow to boost productivityWork with B2B and affiliates.Who Are We Looking For?Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech)Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teamsStrong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisionsExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinkingStrong multitasking and organizational skillsStrong analytical skills.
