Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive business growth by developing and optimizing sales operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier sales performance and cost efficiency
  • Design and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team—hire, mentor, and guide employees
  • Ensure smooth business processes, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Solve operational, administrative, and strategic challenges in collaboration with HQ
  • Create a seamless, high-efficiency workflow to boost productivity
  • Work with B2B and affiliates.


Who Are We Looking For?


🎯 Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech)

🎯 Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams

🎯 Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions

🎯 Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)

🎯 A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking

🎯 Strong multitasking and organizational skills

🎯 Strong analytical skills. Be able to analyze data, draw conclusions

🎯 Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner

🎯 Excel knowledge

🎯 Ability to provide results in the form of clear, understandable reports based on data rather than words
